A family run custom homebuilder, Harbortown Homes, Inc. has been building and remodeling fine homes since 1986, tailoring its final product to an wide range of markets.
As a third generation builder, Rick Anderson, President and State Certified Building Contractor, grew up in the construction business in the South and attended both University of Miami and Georgia Tech pursuing a degree in architecture. His wife and business partner, Barbara, the Legal/Finance Officer, oversees all company financial obligations using her vast corporate banking experience.
After moving to The Villages, Florida in 2000, he has helped over 400 families create their dream retirement home and personally supervised it through its completion. Harbortown Homes, Inc. received over 50% of its business from a referral basis, showing that the attention to detail works!
Rick's vision for building is simple; he builds and remodels every home as if it were for his own family. Using his "hands-on" approach, we continue a zero tolerance technique resulting in a fine quality job and a high corporate standing in the community.
